FAQs about Equine Circle

After you have made payment using a debit card or paypal account, you return to the Equine Circle website on the same device you were using at checkout and you will see a link to download your purchases.
If you want to download the images on another device other than the one you used at checkout, you will have received an email at time of purchase with a link to download them. If you can't find that email, you can arrange for another to be sent to you by clicking here.

Our secure payment handler is PayPal. Once you start to enter your personal details you are taken to the PayPal website where you can make the payment. PayPal then inform us of the successful payment and we release your downloads. We do not receive any details about your payment method (i.e. card number etc).

Firstly, there is no watermark across the image. The purchased images are also much higher quality than the proofs you can see online. They would be suitable for printing on large canvases etc without losing any quality or depth.

We use several different photographic setups depending upon the event. We use lenses that allow us to zoom in to the action and still capture a beautiful, clear shot even from long distances. Our cameras take a lot of pictures, quickly so we don't miss anything. Even our memory cards cost hundreds of pounds each because of the amount of work they have to do.
But even with all that, you have to be in the right place at the right time to catch a magic moment - so you could absolutely take an incredible photo yourself. We'd love to see them, please share them on our social media pages.

We would love to let everyone have their photos for free - but sadly we also need to survive! Keeping our equipment maintained and functional costs a lot of money, and travelling to events needs to be taken into account. We try to keep our costs as low as possible, and we geuinely appreciate your support to keep us doing what we love.
